You can request deletion of your InfinLume account and associated personal data in-app via Account Settings > Delete Account or through this web page (no app login required).
Use the form below if you cannot access the app. We process verified requests and confirm deletion by email.

What gets deleted:
- Your account profile and login credentials
- All learning progress and history
- Quiz scores and achievements
- Personalized learning preferences
- Any other data associated with your account
Important Information
- Processing Time: Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days.
- Verification: We may request additional verification to protect account security and prevent unauthorized deletion.
- Irreversible: Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. You'll need to create a new account if you wish to use InfinLume again.
- Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation once your account has been deleted.
- Subscriptions: Deleting your InfinLume account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel in your store account first:
- Limited Retention: We may retain limited records required by law or needed for fraud prevention, billing reconciliation, and dispute resolution.
