Delete your InfinLume data

Delete your InfinLume data directly in the app. Open Account Settings > Delete Account, review the confirmation, and confirm the deletion.

Tap Delete Account and review what will happen

Your covered data is removed, local app data is cleared, and you are signed out
What the in-app action deletes:
- Account-linked learning progress, history, scores, achievements, and personalized learning state
- Diagnostic, speaking-session, transcript, and speech-attempt records linked to your account
- Notification preferences and device push tokens linked to your account
- Local InfinLume app storage on that device, followed by sign-out
Limited records we retain:
- Purchase, entitlement, and billing records needed to validate or restore paid access
- Minimal records needed for security, fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and communication preferences
- App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, analytics, service-provider, and backup records remain subject to their applicable retention practices
Important Information
- Recovery: Deleted learning records are not intended to be recoverable from active systems.
- Browser Data: Account erasure cannot clear anonymous browser-only TCF progress. Clear site data for infinlume.com in that browser to remove it.
- Voice Recordings: InfinLume does not keep a raw-microphone recording archive in its database or storage buckets. Stored transcripts and speech-attempt records are included in the covered in-app erasure.
- Subscriptions: Deleting your InfinLume account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel in your store account first:
- Limited Retention: We retain limited purchase and billing records where needed to validate or restore paid access, plus minimal records required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or communication preferences.
